THE ARENA IS OPEN!!!!

Okay dexterous ladies and gentlemen, we would like first and foremost to welcome you to the ARENA! Throughout our journey together, we, your hosts, hope that we have a smooth ride and that you enjoy it all the way. We are FRANK and MICHAEL, FM for short, and we are undergrads. Michael is a student of Petroleum Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and Frank is a student of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Lagos, both in Nigeria.

Now, don’t get it twisted. That we are potential engineer and doctor doesn’t mean we are not in touch with other realities of the world. Fortunately, in the arena we would get to know each other a whole lot better and probably find that though we visit the books, we are not necessarily caged there.
Oh! And then you may be wondering what brings an engineer and a doctor to the same platform. Though there is this a field of study called Biomedical Engineering, as you well may know, our interests have brought us together to give you something unique, something different, something you’ll never want to forget. This is because in the arena, Dexters have a whole lot of fun besides working towards perfecting their dexterity (which is of paramount importance to us as well).
Before we continue, we would like to point out that YOU, YES YOU, ARE THE SUBJECT OF OUR INTEREST AND THE DEXTER THIS ARENA IS MADE FOR! The world is full of people of variant interests, and at this stage of our lives we most likely would have come to realise that it is actually not easy to survive. Some do, some don’t, but the fact remains that everybody has a potential and that potential must be harnessed, developed and improved upon, but sometimes we just cant do it alone. We your fellow Dexters in the Arena have offered to help...to give our all to this Arena, making it a "do-it- together" …a haven where you can dwell when the academic pressure seems unwithstandable, or when the leisure is dragging you to zeros; somewhere you could discuss with people like you from all parts of the world (we are hoping you help us make this happen) on issues that concern us- our lives, environment and our future, not forgetting our skills and interests- sports, literature, music, gaming, fashion, etc.
The Arena is our Youth hideout, and we would want all of us to see it as such. It would definitely grow as long as we put our heads in the game. Lets face it, we have a lot to gain from one another considering the fact that each Dexter is unique! We therefore invite us all to enjoy this Arena, bring a lot of Dexters in, share us on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram...everywhere! Bring your skills, talents, projects, write-ups, and showcase them here. Add us on Google + and lets put the arena in the fun gear. Once again, welcome to the DEXTERS’ ARENA!!!
